Simple terms so both KatchUp and its customers know what to expect.
1. Pricing
A one-page website costs R1,500. Each additional page costs R250. Separately agreed custom functionality or third-party costs may be quoted separately.
2. Payment
The customer agrees to pay the agreed website price. KatchUp may require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due before final delivery or launch unless another written arrangement is made.
3. Customer content
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate business information, images, logos, contact details and other content. Delays in supplying required content can delay the project.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Major changes to the design, structure or functionality after approval may cost extra.
5. Delivery and ownership
Once the agreed amount has been paid, the customer receives the completed website files and may use the website for their business. Third-party assets and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
6. Domain and hosting
Domain registration, paid hosting, premium services, APIs and other third-party charges are not included unless specifically agreed. The customer is responsible for ongoing third-party fees.
7. Customer-provided material
The customer confirms they have permission to use material they provide. KatchUp is not responsible for unlawful or misleading content supplied by the customer.
8. Third-party features
KatchUp will aim to make agreed features work as described, but external services can change or become unavailable outside KatchUp's control.
9. Cancellation
If the customer cancels after work has started, payment may be due for work already completed. Refunds or deposits will be handled according to the project agreement.
10. Acceptance
By ordering a website, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to the pricing and project conditions applicable to the order.
